Beyond "Conflict Resolution"

Beyond conflict resolution there is conflict dissolution. When we "resolve" conflicts, we merely end up with a compromise. No one really wins. But dissolving conflicts involves a conceptual meltdown of the very terms that create disagreement. We then discover the hidden unity underlying our apparent differences. 

In this workshop, we shall learn the techniques we can use to dissolve conflicts. These include insight (the Ah! Ha! factor), humor (the Ha! Ha! factor) and other forms of transcendence. We shall learn how to use these techniques to dissolve all types of conflicts: workplace conflicts, marital conflicts, and inner conflicts. Participants are invited to bring their own conflicts with them to this workshop. 

This workshop can be 3 hours, 6 hours, or an entire weekend. It is lead by Mark Dillof, director of The Philosophy Clinic
